An exciting opportunity has arisen within the HR function for an experienced candidate to develop, manage and implement HRIS systems and strategies. The role will be heavily involved in the implementation and further development of the ‘PS Enterprise’ (PSE) system throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

-Manage a business-wide initiative to develop and implement the HRIS systems and strategy, with particular focus around the PSE system

-Translate the strategy for the HRIS function into key operational objectives and develop project plans to ensure these objectives are implemented

-Operational Management of the HRIS and reporting functions, ensuring effective processes, procedures and initiatives are in place and implemented

-Lead, develop and drive the team to achieve and exceed the objectives and expectations of the business

-Research and advise the business on best practice methodologies in the HRIS environment

-Establish and maintain effective internal relationships with key stakeholders and throughout the wider business

This is a challenging position that will require the incumbent to have a strong track record in HRIS management, along with solid skills and experience in using and developing the ‘PS Enterprise’ system. Along with extensive PSE experience, the successful candidate will have strong system skills including SQL and VBA. The ability to drive and implement change across a business, coupled with excellent staff management skills are essential attributes. This will be a highly visible position across the business and as such first class networking and relationship management skills are required.

This role will give the incumbent the opportunity to take ownership of the delivery and further development of the key HRIS system along with managing and developing the team. It offers an excellent opportunity for an already experienced candidate to really drive their career within a first class organisation.
