- Leads the successful deployment of talent acquisition system across all opcos and regions, ensuring timeliness and optimal productivity.
- Works closely with talent acquisition system to manage system integrity and reliability, and to define, scope, and implement future changes to the system.
- Ensures all business group needs are evaluated and addressed as projects are implemented.
- Review, enter, update, and maintain talent acquisition system content including custom correspondence, job templates, prescreening/disqualification libraries, user set-ups, career center changes, global settings, translations, etc.
- Complete configuration changes and perform thorough quality assurance testing for all changes and upgrades on both staging and production environments.
- Assist with all Talent acquisition system implementations, integrations, testing, and documentation of all processes and applications.
- Work with talent acquisition system support to report and resolve systemic issues, pursue enhancements, and implement configuration changes.
- Lead system administration conference calls for transfer of knowledge and system understanding.
- Develop and maintain internal Recruitment Management resource and training website, create FAQs, and step-by-step job aids. May communicate enhancements and issue notifications as needed.
- Support business administrators and managers/recruiters on all aspects of application functionality to ensure efficient and effective use of system.
- Provide tier I II support to all talent acquisition system users and external candidates using trouble shooting, resolution, issue tracking, and subsequent follow up with support requestors.
- Provide training to talent acquisition system users using multiple venues that may include documentation, webinars, one-on-one instruction, or live on-site classroom instruction.
- Ensure communication vehicles are in place and used to update, notify, and solicit input from user community on changes, upgrades, and enhancements and evaluate downstream system implications.
- Serve as liaison between talent acquisition system users and the HR Systems Team.
- Create analytics/reporting to identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency and respond to OpCo requests.
- Understand and produce standard and customized reports to end users as required.
- Interface with HR program team and business partners to gather requirements for reporting.
- Create queries for ad hoc reports as needed.
- Liaise with global OpCo sites to ensure system compliance with employment laws in each region, specifically USA - OFCCP regulations.
- Work closely with talent management system program manager to support cross functional initiatives
- Cross train on talent management system to assist with basic trouble ticket resolution for HR systems support
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HRIS or information technology with demonstrated skills in project management and talent acquisition systems, preferably Taleo
- 4 year college degree
- Has worked in a multi-operating company environment with proven experience in leading large scale projects of a global nature
- Strong problem solving skills to determine root cause of technical problems with the ability to document effectively, escalate appropriately, and resolve in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated project management skills and resourcefulness to see tasks and initiatives through to completion with limited precedence and minimal guidance.
- Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as part of a motivated, high-performance HR Systems Team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority to promote alignment and gain consensus.
- Demonstrated ability to answer technical questions for non-technical users and explain things in a way that a layperson will understand.
- Broad range of network and desktop knowledge, including intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of explaining procedures clearly and writing technical and end-user documentation.
- Related human resources and/or recruitment background highly desirable.
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) including integrations with talent acquisition system highly desirable.
- Training design and delivery experience strongly preferred.
- HTML and ability to maintain internal websites a plus.
- Experience working with SaaS suppliers (implementations, project management)
- Experience in HR with generalist knowledge of HR processes
- Ability to interpret business needs into system, process improvement, and/or training solutions
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, is organized and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
