HRIS Specialist Job in Philadelphia 19103, Pennsylvania Us
The Judge Group has an immediate need for an HRIS Analyst for a 6+ month contract opportunity in Center City Philadelphia. Please apply if you are qualified and you will be contacted directly.
· Will work as part of the HR operations team to run queries and reports from various HR systems primarily Peoplesoft.
· Perform data analysis on HR information using Microsoft Access and/or Excel including headcount reporting termination reports and other summary HR reports by department.
· As needed may assist HR operations team with maintenance of Peoplesoft data tables assist with QA or data integrity exercises and provide other HRIS administrative functions as needed.
· The incumbent must be able to generate ad hoc and standard HR reports in a timely manner using PeopleSoft's query. Must be proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel.
· The HR Analyst will provide ongoing customer support to HR business unit representatives through verbal and written communication.
· They must be able to analyze and take action to resolve systems issues with a high degree of accuracy interfacing with benefit providers management IT employees and other HR functional areas.
· Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required
