HRIS Systems Analyst* Job in Central, New Jersey Us

Responsibilities:
The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources, Corporate Benefits and Organizational Development departments and acting as a liaison to IT for all systems related issues, needs and upgrades. Specific responsibilities will include the following: Strategic Planning
Collaborate with HR business units and IT on HR systems strategy. Including: Global HR/Benefits/CD support
Talent Mgmt, HCM, eLearning, Self-Service and Scorecard systems

Work with IT on system options solutions supporting the strategy

Business Support System Requirements
Business Process Management Coordination of process changes / improvements
Define / Document business processes SOP
Coordinate HR year-end cyclical processes (e.g., COI/COC)

Business/Functional Requirements for Systems Coordinate document functional requirements supporting systems

Functional Expert of HR systems
Training for HR/Benefits Prepares training plans materials, and conducts training for HR Benefits departments

Liaison to IT for all systems related issues, needs, upgrades etc
Communicates and works with IT on all issues needs
Coordinates priority of system needs with HR, Benefits, CD IT.
Primary business contact for all system upgrades
Business User Testing Training

Addtional responsibilties will include:
Data Entry for HR and/or Benefits (transactions and/or table maintenance)
Administration Business Configuration of Systems
Content Managers Admin for the HR dept related pages on the Thread, as well as HR intranet sites (Sharepoint Teamsites)
POC for SOX controls (including narratives, testing and updates)
Reporting (using provided reporting tools)e.g AdHoc Report Development, HR Data analysis Qualifications: 3-5 years experience with HR systems platforms, with Lawson experience preferred
3 or more years experience in analyzing and developing business requirements to support HR business needs
Strong reporting skills required; Crystal Reports strongly preferred
2 or more years experience working with talent management systems such applicant tracking systems, online performance, compensation, or related modules
Knowledge of basic HR processes including life cycle of hiring, payroll, promotion, succession, performance etc.
Background in designing/developing HR-related reporting needs
Strong consulting skills including effective communication and collaboration
Effective project management skills
Some experience in developing and/or conducting user training on HR systems a strong plus
Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Access, and related skills
Degree required; major in Information Systems or related field a plus.
