HRIS - Project Manager

The Judge Group is looking for a HRIS Specialist for a position with our client. The right candidate will have the following background and experience. If you are interested in this opportunity please apply through this post or send your resume to rdellaporta@judge.com Primary Responsibilities Create and effectively implement technology strategy to integrate from HCS current to future state of technology, business process and system optimization. Partners closely with HCS leadership team in the integration of systems solution needs. Responsible for defining and managing the Companyrsquo;s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Develop and establish HCS as the single source and framework for enterprise wide human capital metrics and tools. Prepares and monitors HCS systems budget needs for development, implementation, and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems. Partners closely with the HCS Finance Business partner to ensure forward planning of systems budgeting cost. Maintains process and procedures to ensure data integrity across HCS platforms. Identifies education and training needs of end users and develops and provides the necessary training to meet those needs. Partners with business units to perform various data analysis required in making operational or other business decisions. Serves as the main partner with IT to ensure alignment of HCS systems strategies and solutions. Performs special projects as required. Recognized leader who brings forward the HCS Systems strategy through successful and effective stakeholder management across the enterprise. Broad base HR/HCS and HRIS experience, with proven results in compensation, business partnering, talent development and staffing. Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence for all HCS Systems processes and activities Experience working in a high growth, fast paced business environment. Successfully demonstrates the ability to remain flexible and quickly adapt/change as business needs change. Recognize ability to demonstrate successful situational management. Ability to lead and partner effectively will all levels of the organization and been seen as integrator and solution provider Ability to think and act strategically establishing direction while adding client/organizational value. Recognized as a strategic thinker. Excellent communication skills with demonstrated capability as an active listener resulting in successfully ability to influence key outcomes with stakeholders. Strong business acumen through demonstrating a perspective and solid understanding of company financials, long range strategies, and core organizational capabilities Outstanding teamwork capabilities and when needed, support additional assignments and tasks through personal initiative and discretionary effort. Ability to execute assignments or projects with excellence, with minimal supervision or rework. Ability to take vague concepts and translate into a specific course of action. Manages ideas and makes decisions through critical thinking and problem solving capabilities. Strong organizational, planning and time management skills. Ability to collaborate and work cross functionally. Knowledge of local, state and federal laws related to human resources BA/BS Degree preferred.
