HRM, Corporate Commercial Communications Job

This role will provide HR support to Corporate Communications, healthymagination, Advertising Branding and Market Intelligence teams. In addition, this role will provide Organization Staffing responsibilities for the Commercial Communications functions across GE. You will drive strategic HR activities, including global talent attraction, development Session C process mgmt in addition to providing day to day client responsibility, including EMS, Staffing, Performance Mgmt, Compensation. Essential Responsibilities - Lead OS activities and initiatives for the function globally to include EB+ slate and talent development, pipeline development in key emerging markets, Session C operating rhythm, post Session C/CII Talent Forums, etc. - Provide strategic HR support to a senior client group of Officer and SEB Leaders and partner with them on the key strategic priorities for the Company and Function ensuring that the HR agenda is completely aligned with these strategic priorities. - Lead key HR processes from Staffing, Pipeline Development, Organization Design to EMS/Session C/Performance Management, Compensation, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement/Coaching. - Serve as Functional HR Manager for the Communications function across the company, leading the HR agenda for the function. Key focus is to help strengthen the capabilities of the function with a robust talent pipeline and succession planning strategy, partnering on skill development and training programs, leading the Session C process and rhythm for the function. - Partner with, and support, SHRM on special projects, key initiatives. Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources/Industrial Relations or other related field. - Minimum 8 years of progressive HR generalist experience. - Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management developing learning programs, and facilitating teams. - Willing to locate to Fairfield, CT. - Must already have unrestricted authorization to work in United States. - Willing to travel 20% (domestic and international).
