HRMS Consultant recruitment
Responsibilities and Requirement:-
- To create and implement human resources and talent management systems including HRMS to enhance the operation efficiency
- Drive business process and functional design activities
- Supervise applcation build, test and deploy activities
- Plan and execute data conversion activities
- Driving UAT and system test
- Degree holder with at least 3 years solid experience in implementation of enterprise grade HRMS systems e.g. SAP, PeopleSoft or Oracle
- Strong background in HR porcess, preferably for those with experience working in financial insitution
- Proven HR functional consulting experience
- Fluent spoken english and chinese
- Travel is needed for the success of this position
