As HRMS Product Manager Supervising Associate is part of the People Infrastructure team. The HRMS Product Manager has experience with various HR systems such as (PeopleSoft, GHRDB, Pre-Hire Interface, and BI), HR business processes, project management, coaching/counseling, and change management. This position will lead operational related tasks and represent the Americas PeopleSoft activities and initiatives. The HRMS Product Manager will work with all Americas countries, COE's, and SSC's to ensure support of the HR Service Delivery model. In addition, will also liaise closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of moderate to complex projects, including new technology/process deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze the workflow of HR operations, incorporating transaction sample audits and customer satisfaction results. Recommend improvements
- Build working relationships to resolve issues across HR and non-HR teams. This may involve: incorporating field work into a shared services delivery model; identifying technology improvements; and establishing efficient processes across multiple groups
- Advise or mentor other team members
- Gain an understanding of the firm's business, organizational structure and HR operations
- Apply strong process and technology enablement knowledge, to analyze issues and resolve moderately complex problems
- Escalate complex issues to project sponsors and/or People Application Support leader. Recommend how to resolve these issues, and influence the final decision
- Manage your own portfolio of work, prioritize your own deadlines, and delegate tasks, as needed
- Gain advanced knowledge of the HR technology portfolio, including Taleo and PeopleSoft
- May coach, develop and guide less experienced team members
- May supervise associates on a daily basis, including setting priorities and providing ongoing feedback
- Work during specific periods, with limited opportunity for flexible work arrangements and time off
- May travel, depending on business and project needs
- Work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones

- May work overtime to meet deadlines
Knowledge and skills requirements
- Excellent understanding of relational database operations, with specific experience in PeopleSoft
- Experience and knowledge of project management practices and tools
- Excellent understanding of the HR service delivery model, HR process and technology dependencies
- English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to assert your own ideas, and influence others, to gain support and commitment for shared projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio
- Good knowledge of change management principles
- Strong presentation skills
- Very good analytical skills, to grasp complexities, and understand inter-relationships between issues
- Competent at handling multiple demands and competing priorities
- A minimum of 5-7 years progressive work experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
