HR/Payroll Project Manager

We are currently recruiting into the role of Project manager initially on a 2 year fixed term contract for our well known client who is based in the Glasgow area.You will be  responsible for managed the successful implementation of a new HR and Payroll system including the design, build, test and implementation phases of the project. Working closely with the external IT supplier and leading the project team (including payroll and HR functional specialists), you will engage and manage key stakeholders in the delivery of the solution reporting directly to the project

Managing the project resources and project risks and issues in accordance with Prince 2 requirements, you will deliver the benefits anticipated in the approved business case and develop the organisational model to support the new business processes and identify change management plans

The successful candidate will have direct experience in managing and delivering similar HR/Payroll projects, with a Prince 2 Practitioners certificate desirable but not essential. Demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to change, you will be resilient and have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills coupled with resilience and. A driving license and ability to travel throughout Scotland is also a requirement of the role.
