Our Human Capital (HC) team operates at a fast pace and critical to our success is our willingness to support each other when responding to our clients' needs. We are looking for someone who will complement us and enjoy working in a fun, spirited and energised team!
Our Graduate Recruitment team, within HC, manages the attraction, selection and on-boarding of all hires. Presently we seek a Graduate Recruiter Advisor to help support all aspects of the Student/Campus Recruitment process.
Your major responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the team across all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process for Graduates, Vacationers and Trainees.
- Working alongside the team in reviewing applications, scheduling interviews and all associated candidate management tasks
- Assisting with coordination of and preparation for events (e.g. attendance lists, nametags, couriering, working with catering, confirming rooms)
- Database management and administration (Taleo) along with assistance around offer management and candidate on boarding
To be successful you will have:
- A positive outlook with a high level of personal energy, motivation and determination
- Previous experience within a HR Coordinator role- graduate recruitment exposure would be an advantage
- Previous experience in the use of psychometric tools would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and exceptional stakeholder management
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time/project management skills
