As a TriNet Human Capital Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, cost effective, strategic human capital services in accordance with TriNet's best practice standards and client contractual specifications. You will help TriNet customers to maximize the value of their investment in people by providing human capital services under the supervision of a Director, Human Capital Consulting.
Job Duties
- Deliver timely and valuable human resource services and consulting to clients utilizing TriNet's service model and product suite, in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Serve as a client advocate within TriNet to identify and resolve or escalate, as needed, product and service issues creating an exceptional client experience.
- Builds TriNet capabilities and expands human resource knowledge, experience, and capabilities by participating in professional development, training and mentoring opportunities.
- Ensures proper and effective resolution of complicated human resource issues and challenging client interactions and expands capabilities by leveraging, as needed, senior colleagues' expertise.
- Participates on strategic service team and drives strategic service demand by partnering with practice leaders and TriNet sales consultants to achieve strategic service revenue and service delivery objectives.
- Provide value-added human capital services by establishing a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
- Implement strategic services and contribute to the development of new human capital services.
- Provide outbound service delivery to customers by providing human capital assessment, plans that are linked to their business initiatives.
Job Requirements
Salary 60-70K
- Knowledge and ability to apply excellent customer service and consultative practices.
- At least 1 year experience as an HR Generalist at the exempt level
- Knowledge of and ability to apply compliant and best HR practices.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely, effective, efficient and economic delivery of services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to visit customer sites as needed and in accordance with the Customer Service Plan. Must be able to easily and timely travel from one customer site to another on the same day. (Typically will involve between 10-25% of time on local travel and customer site visits. Travel requirements may vary depending on the level).
- College degree required (Bachelors), Masters preferable.
- Continuing Education, both formal and on-the-job, in effective Human Resources Management practices required.
- Certifications preferred (but not required): SHRM SPHR/PHR and/or college-level HR Course Certification.
- Basic mathematical skills to effectively and efficiently perform mathematical computation for pricing and conducting data analysis required.
- Must be familiar and proficient with basic desktop applications including email, word processing and spreadsheets. Skill with PowerPoint also desired.
