Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting a Human Resource Coordinator to join their Human Resource team located in Parramatta. The Role
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for a wide variety of generalist duties. This is a hands on role, and will involve managing the national recruitment process, employee inductions, implementing training and development programs and monitoring and assessing probation reviews. You will be consulting and advising management on company policy and procedures and implementing improvements where necessary across the business. You will be the first point of contact for employee relation matters and various HR projects that are in the pipe line.

Your Profile
You are degree qualified and have been working in a Human Resource Coordinator role for several years. The knowledge and experience you have gained in your previous roles will allow you to hit the ground running and make a positive impact on the business from day one. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels of business.
