In providing the full spectrum of operational HR administration services to management and staff, you’ll help us optimise the care of our residents and clients by supporting our workforce.

This will see you maintain databases and web content, job descriptions and other documents, run ads, administer applications and screen, recruit, induct and support team members.

You’ll also conduct and track new employee and exit interviews, contribute to special projects, support the HR Manager and help out wherever else you’re needed.

Ideally tertiary qualified, you have a strong team orientation and a firm understanding of modern HR strategies and processes and enthusiasm to further consolidate and build upon your HR knowledge.

Organised and efficient, you thrive on autonomy, strive for quality and display initiative, integrity and flawless listening and communication skills at all levels.

You’re also adept at MS Office, database and HRIS software.

Friendly, proactive and versatile, you are great at building relationships. People trust you, because you keep your word.
