Overview: A Leading manufacturer in Northern Lake County area is looking to hire a Human Resource Representative to handle their employment, payroll, safety, training and employee benefit programs. This individual will also act as the liaison between both management and employees and schedule/coordinate company-wide events. Responsibilities: - Handle all recruiting activities which relates to sourcing, interviewing and selecting the appropriate candidates for their open positions. - Facilitate new employee orientation - Facilitate safety and training programs - Handle benefits such as; Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Disability Insurance, pension plans, PTO, FMLA and other employee assistance programs - Plan, schedule and coordinate company events. Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Requirements: - Must be proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills - Associates or Bachelor's Degree is required with 3 years of Human Resource experience. - All candidates must have the following skills and qualifications.
