Human Resource Transformations Team (Project & Program Management; Process Re-Engineering) Asset Management recruitment

*NOTE: the recruiting function is “not” a function these transformation teams focus on.   

We are seeking skilled, dedicated, intelligent, and highly driven professionals to lend their ideas and proven talents to transform HR programs and overall HR operations. Depending on skill set, candidates will be considered for management to mid-level positions on teams in the following areas:

Ø  Proven creative abilities, a proven track record of process improvement, and at least 5 years directly related work experience is required for this team.  

Ø  Exceptional demonstrated ability to execute projects with some technology focus; vendor management experience; the highest level of goal orientation; excellent multi-tasker with the ability to follow conversations of rapidly changing subject matter; and 5 or more years of transformational project management experience required. (Highly prefer those that have managed projects focused specifically on the HR function; HR consulting experience preferred)

Ø  Proven process transformation experience; experience redesigning through the use of technology; exceptional knowledge of HR processes; and 5 or more years process re-engineering experience within HR required.  LEAN and/or Six Sigma experience highly preferred.
