Human Resources / Administration Manager
Coral Princess Cruises is a leading expedition Cruise Company operating three small ships on extended cruise itineraries from the Great Barrier Reef to the Kimberley Region, PNG, Melanesia, Vanuatu and New Zealand.
Reporting to the General Manager, the HR / Administration Manager is a key member of the senior management team. Responsible for the overall HR function of the Company including:
- Recruitment, induction, training and performance management
- Roster Crewing arrangements for 3 vessels international itineraries
The successful applicant will preferably:
- Be an experienced HR or Administration Manager
- Have 3 or more years of HR or IR experience
- Be current with Fair Work, Work Cover WHS legislation
- High level communication problems solving skills
- Demonstrated business acumen able to work within defined budgets
- Flexibility in working hours
- Strong customer focus
This dynamic industry requires a flexible approach to meet operational needs. Applicants must be willing to work additional hours, public holidays and weekends as required.
