Human Resources Advisor
Reporting to the Corporate Manager Human Resources, the Human Resources Advisor will deliver human resource services to Master Flo Valve, as well as provide support to corporate human resource initiatives for the Stream-Flo Group of Companies. The Human Resources Advisor will provide a broad range of human resource services, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, orientation and training.
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an HR Generalist role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proven track record for providing sound advice and decisions
- The ability to develop rapport at all organizational levels
- The ability to work effectively independently, as well as in a team environment
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
