Description:
This role is accountable to deliver client relations support, HR projects and Diversity Inclusion (DI) support. The incumbent will:
• Effectively perform a wide range of HR generalist activities including performance management, employee development, compensation, and training support for an assigned client group.
• Develop local implementation plans for BU-wide HR processes, providing execution support to the business unit leadership team and project management oversight for implementation at lower levels in the organization.
• Facilitate execution of the refinery DI plan.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, management, or related field
• At least 3 years exempt HR experience in a demanding operational environment
