Human Resources and Bookkeeping Assistant Job in Randolph 02368, Massachusetts US

Experience Education:

Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or Finance, experience with Accounting and Finance and HR experience, with both would be helpful. Minimum 2+ years of recent, previous HR Administrative support experience. This position is a sole contributor helping in all areas of Accounting and HR.

The HR Assistant will be responsible for general HR duties, admin for the HR team and assisting with recruiting process. As the HR Assistant, you will perform a variety of general administrative duties including payroll assistance, new hire orientation, processing, traveling to recruit interns and new staff, and addition duties to directly supporting the Community Relations and Recruitment Manager, Billing coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Handling the main HR telephone line; administering recruitment for new hire and COBRA notification,

monthly premium notification and payment reconciliation, responding to employment verifications CORI, and SORI back ground checks, coordinating all staff files and making sure they are complete,

coordination of flu shots and TB testing, processing monthly insurance bills, preparing contracts

for hiring new staff and termination contracts, handling ADP data entry, HR functional areas and utilizes the EMR system to its fullest potential.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Recent, previous administrative experience Advanced Microsoft Office skills in excel and Quickbooks

Exceptional customer service and communication skills professional, self-driven, and posess an assertive demeanor.  Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Accounting:

Prepare expense reports, Bookkeeping billing on Account receivable and payable. Financial Reporting (closing the books).  Account Reconciliation, including cutting checks for payment of agencies services used.

HR:

Weekly Payroll, including cutting checks for fee for services providers

Implementing and training on HR policies

Compensation/commission programs

Overseeing recruiting new hiring, terminations, and benefit processes
