Human Resources Assistant – Part Time

 

A growing Burlington County Company is looking for a Part Time Human Resources Assistant who is responsible for assisting in all functions of the Human Resources Department.

 

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

·         Scheduling interviews and meeting as requested by HR Management

·         Participating in onboarding of new Employees, including processing background checks and checking references.

·         Organizing and maintaining Personnel Files

·         Assisting with the Orientation process

 

 

To apply for this position, the following qualifications are required:

·         Bachelor’s degree with prior Human Resources experience

·         Knowledge of Federal and State regulations

·         Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office

·         Time Management, Multitasking and Organization Skills

 

This position will work directly with the Human Resources Manager in all aspects of Human Resources.  The successful candidate will work closely with all departments within the Company and will require professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
