This role will provide a high level of confidential administrative support to the Director of HR coupled with the HR team. The assistant will be responsible for various human resources functions including however not limited to; - Recruitment - Administrative support including travel, schedules, and appointments - Maintain reports such as performance reviews - Payroll Support - Coordinate hiring of temporary employees -Special Projects as needed Working hours: 9:00am-2:00pm College degree preferred Minimum of 3 years business experience Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook along with HRIS knowledge ****Role is part time! 2-3 days a week Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
