Job purpose
Supports human resources processes by maintaining records and information. 
Conducts background screenings, provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records, maintains employee files. 
Maintains quality services by following organization standards, maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resources information confidential. 
Acts as a liason with payroll/human resources department and employees. 
Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information and explaining benefit programs.
Acts as a payroll backup.

Skills/Qualifications
Verbal and written communication skills, Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Word and Excel, Maintaining employee Files, Compensation and Wage Structure, Orienting Employees, Benefits Administration, Professionalism, Organization, Teamwork, ADP experience preferred. Four-year degree preferred, preferably in business or human resources.
