To support our critical business strategies, we are currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in our Chadds Ford, PA Headquarters. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for providing comprehensive consultation and support to its designated business partners in the Endo Pharmaceuticals Commercial Business Division that advances the effectiveness of the organization, its leaders and employees. The position is responsible for developing the strategy and leading the execution for organizational development and effectiveness, talent management and employee relations. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Human Resources for the commercial business, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing company-wide programs and processes with a special emphasis on creating a performance-based culture and driving business initiatives/results. Duties include partnering with managers and employees to identify key business gaps and needs which have people or people process implications. The HRBP will partner with key stakeholders and core HR functions, such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, organizational development and others to develop and implement organization specific, people initiatives. Specific focus areas will include: strategic workforce assessment and staff planning, leadership and employee development strategies and programs, employee relations and performance management counseling and problem-solving. Assess organizational requirements and implement HR processes, programs and practices necessary to drive business objectives. Design, develop and initiate strategies and initiatives aligned with the needs of the organization and the company?s vision, mission and leadership attributes. Work across functional areas to build partnerships and provide seamless HR support to the client. Provide consultative HR services to identified client groups in support of operational objectives. Provide coaching and appropriate follow through to management on people issues. Counsel managers and employees on policies, procedures and informs of changes. Work with assigned leadership team(s) to understand business strategies, diagnose current organization performance, and develop/implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and support aggressive growth. Develop and execute company-wide programs and initiatives including organizational analysis and development, training and employee development programs, compensation planning, performance management talent review process and organizational effectiveness. Interface with HR functional areas to secure necessary resources and acquire information needed by business partners in order to maximize their performance and contribution. Partner with recruiting staff to ensure client needs are met as well as co-developing methodologies to meet client staffing needs. To qualify for this role, you will possess BA or BS required (MBA preferred) Five to seven years of progressive experience in a Human Resources Generalist or Business Partner role Successful track record of leading processes, growing business performance and delivering results Experience in organizational development and change management Proven track record of attracting, assessing and developing strong talent at all levels of the organization Knowledge of HR laws and practices Demonstrated employee relations expertise Experience working in the pharmaceutical or device industry preferred Strong process facilitation and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to objectively analyze current practices, identify solutions and assist with the implementation of related changes Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels in the organization Strong organizational and project management skills High degree of confidentiality Possesses the capability to develop a high degree of personal credibility with business partners Demonstrated consultative approach to HR practices Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making Ability to to travel approximately 20% (scheduled travel ) Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc. recognizes the advantages of a diverse workforce achieved through a commitment to equal employment opportunities.
