Spring Mill Presbyterian Village, located in Lafayette Hill, is currently seeking a part-time Human Resources Coordinator.

This position offers flexible hours (21 per week), and pro-rated benefits.

Coordinates the day to day Human Resources activities of the community. Coordinates recruitment activities for the community. Assists in coordinating employee activities and other HR projects and programs. Advises managers on a variety of employee relations issues. Oversees HR compliance issues and ensures full compliance with all DOH, DPW and other regulatory requirements at all times. Performs duties in support of Presby's Inspired Life's mission to ensure the highest quality of resident care in an economically sound and efficient manner.
Other responsiblities include supporting resident care in scheduling and payroll processing.

Basic Qualifications Education/Training: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Skill(s): Proficient PC Skills; advanced user level of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other applicable software. Ability to communicate and interact clearly, courteously, and professionally with residents and staff at all levels of the organization. Proven competence in handling confidential information. Strong skills in planning, organizing and handling multiple tasks. Ability to work as a team member. Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills. Ability to operate various office equipment and machines. Visual and auditory skills, ability to sit, stand, bend and lift at least twenty-five pounds.

Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources is required.
