Human Resources Coordinator Job in Pennington 08534, New Jersey US

Our Client, a large bank located in Pennington, NJ, has a 6 month role for a HR Coordinator. This role offers full medical benefits and 401k!

The Coordinator will provide support in functional areas of a human resources department, which includes recruitment, employment and personnel records. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Applicant Tracking; experience with Taleo a plus. Strong administrative experience with exceptional organization skills and ability to handle high volumes. Must be able to learn quickly, get along with others, and have strong follow up skills. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent with 5 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Majority of this position is processing candidates for monthly class hires. This position has heavy interaction with candidates and Staffing partners. Must have great follow up and communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: scheduling interviews and assessments, sending offer letters, completion of new hire paperwork (I-9, etc.), completing employment verifications.

Working hours: M-F 8-5pm

Required:
HS Diploma, strong preference for college degree
Strong prior administrative experience, preferably in a Recruiting Coordinator role
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Exceptional organizational and follow up skills
Demonstrated success in a high volume environment
Ability to multi task and regularly reevaluate priorities to meet deadlines and expectations

Desired
Previous experience in applicant tracking system, preferably Taleo
