Human Resources Coordinator Job in Washington, District Of Columbia Us
An established real estate developer based in Washington, DC is looking for an experienced professional that can handle all of the Human Resources functions for the organization. Some of the many duties include:
- Maintain all employee records and act as main contact for benefit issues
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding new hires
- Work with managers on employee reviews and development
- Help to promote and administer full range of benefits
- Update and implement HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate external payroll through ADP
- Support organization with a variety of other tasks as needed
We are looking for a team player with some relevant experience in the duties shown above. A Bachelors Degree is highly desirable. A can-do attitude, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and excellent communication skills are imperative.
