Human Resources Director Job in Los Angeles 90015, California US
-Assist VP of Human Resources with day to day management of corporate HR Team.
-Ensures that all client groups receive top notch service and promotes “business partner’ environment.
-Strategic Business partner and HR support to the numerous venues within the AEG Facilities Division.
-HR Business Partner with EIS in the outsourcing of payroll services to third parties.
-Manages the Expatriate Program.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or Business. Master’s degree preferred;
• A minimum of 10 years of human resources experience in all functional areas;
• Ability to work in a fast paced and growing environment.
• A minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in entertainment, sports, or facilities industry preferred;
• Demonstrate ability to forge strong, trusting relationships with management, direct reports, and other HR’s at each venue
• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing;
• Proficient with MS Office products and Outlook;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to think strategically and globally, some international experience desired;
• Ability to provide oversight to numerous business units and projects simultaneously;
• Superior presentation and facilitation skills.
