Miller Poultry is a producer of naturally raised and processed fresh chicken. The company has experienced steady growth during the last 19 years marketing wholesome up-scale branded tray-pack poultry into both specialty retailers and conventional retailers. We currently have close to 400 team members and are seeking a candidate that is interested in growth, job security, good team atmosphere, and working to produce a staple food item for consumers with appreciation for unique products.
We are looking for a Senior Level Human Resources Director. This is an excellent ground floor opportunity to create and implement an overall program. This person will need experience and knowledge to create and implement policies and procedures, along with updating documentation to support those policies.
The ideal candidate has strong verbal and written communication skills and has demonstrated the ability to develop, communicate and implement HR support.
Primary Duties may in include but not limited to:
Facilitate in all aspects of HR Department. Establish and maintain recruitment, retention and personnel development policies. Actively involved in screening and hiring employees.
