We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual for the position of Human Resources Generalist II - III in Middlebury, CT. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this position will partner with a defined client group and be responsible for providing a high-level of human resource functional expertise to support Chemtura leaders and associates. This individual will manage HR practices and programs to ensure they are value-add in the areas of employee relations, compensation, benefits, communications, staffing, legal compliance, organization development and training.
