The Generalist proactively partners with Call Center leaders as business strategies are developed and actively engages the resources necessary to ensure the HR components of the strategy are successfully executed. The HR Consultant will leverage their experience to actively influence and coach key leaders on the HR implications of their strategies. The HR Consultant will be responsible for delivery of core HR support to clients, participating and playing an intricate role in projects as well as solving problems. As a key member of a dedicated Human Resources team, you will assist with development and execution of strategies that support the business unit?s HR goals and initiatives, and champions the brand of the company and department mission, vision, values, goals and action plans. Primary accountabilities may include: Partnering with the leadership team to drive talent management and employee engagement. Collaborating with business unit leadership and senior team members on succession planning, calibration, leadership development and other initiatives as directed. Conducting analysis on workforce analytics; performing studies and data analysis for management reporting, decision making and planning purposes. Engaging in positive partnership and workforce relations by providing coaching, training and guidance on Company policies and procedures, best practices, compliance, etc. Problem solving and conflict resolution in employee relations situations Identifies opportunities for individual, team and company improvement Acts as a resource to all organizational levels
