Human Resources Generalist recruitment
As a member of a six person HR team, the successful candidate will demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to ensuring data accuracy and superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the compensation and benefits strategy and administration, developing and adhering to key procedures and controls
- Serve as the central customer service contact for HR related issues, including new hires, transfers and exits
- Process payroll assist with compensation issues
- Manage administration and processing of all immigration and relocation requests
- Assist employees with all benefits (insurance, 401K, COBRA, FMLA etc.); administering and explaining employee benefits, open enrollment and vendor management
- Support business in employee related matters, including participation in employee development and performance discussions and facilitating conversations to resolve employee issues
- HR data management; org charts, HR statistics, KPI’s and census data, monthly global management reporting
- Serve as the key contact for HRIS systems, including ongoing data maintenance, employee training, and regular reporting
- Coordinate the performance review process. Establish and maintain employee files and records
- Provide advice, assistance and follow up on to the business on policies, procedures and documentation
- Partner with Legal Finance and act as subject matter expert on changing government laws, Form 5500, audits etc. as the relate to the HR function
- Partner with global stakeholders to meet deadlines, raise issues or opportunities and ensure a strong and engaged workforce.
- Ad-hoc (local and global) projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- GPHR/SPHR/or PHR preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with specialization in Human Resources or Business
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong administration of policies
- Proven strategic development of HR initiatives to meet business objectives
- Excellent planning, project management and organization skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn and understand a complex business comprised of trading and IT specialists
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to work as a team player- keep the needs of the team as a priority over individual accomplishments
