Position Overview
As a HR Central Services Administrator you will be responsible for;
• On-boarding - Preparing paperwork and ensuring appropriate administrative processes are completed for new hires, this includes production of offer letters, receipt of employee documentation, employee screening requirements, work permit applications, completing joiner payroll administration etc.
• Off-boarding - Preparing paperwork and ensuring appropriate administrative processes are completed for leavers which includes resignation, retirement, cross border transfers and redundancies.
• Graduate Recruitment - Preparing paperwork and ensuring appropriate administrative processes are completed for full time Graduate and Intern hires. This includes following the new hire process, arranging work permits and accommodation where required.
• Reference Request - Preparing paperwork and ensuring appropriate administrative processes are completed for reference requests, this includes checking of references completed by colleagues to ensure accuracy prior to signature.

Responsibilities
• Administration of Invoice Processing, Archiving Process, Offer and Induction Pack Process, Personal File Process
• Maintaining accurate records, updating systems and sending out notification to relevant areas for all processes
• Maintenance and distribution of work received into the Team Email Account
• Sorting and distribution of HR Mail received into the Central Services Department

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organization / prioritisation skills
• Excellent customer focus skills
• Able to deal with high call volumes.
• Able to communicate professionally and effectively, at all levels, both face to face and via telephone and email
• Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Able to anticipate needs and demonstrate initiative and proactiveness
• Able to work and use discretion with confidential information
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Excellent team player
