Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) 7 month contract £40,000 - £50,000 Retail Sector
An exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) to work for a world renowned Retail establishment. They are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) to coordinate their HR department.
Reporting to the Human Resources (HR) Director this role will involve:
- Running the recruitment process and ensuring that the business maintains a high calibre of candidates
- Overseeing the Learning and development processes in conjunction with the LD team
- Recommending the necessary training programmes to develop staff
- Analyzing the training conducted to ensure cost effectiveness
- Implementing a brand strategy for HR LD functions
- Responsible for consistency and accuracy of the legislative requirements across the business
- Developing and implementing new processes to ensure the business runs efficiently
- Evaluating KPI's and implementing processes to improve results
- Developing processes to ensure a consistent approach in people management systems
Skills Personal Attributes
- Ideally be a CIPD member or have a Human Resources (HR) Degree
- Strong management experience
- Retail experience is preferable
- Ability to work confidentially in a team environment
- Confident with Microsoft Office packages
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
