Gift of Life Donor Program, the non-profit agency serving eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware, is responsible for recovering and distributing organ and tissue used in life-saving and life-enhancing transplants.

This is an excellent opportunity for a college student majoring in Human Resource Management or Organizational Development to support the program's Human Resources department.

You will participate in various phases of the employee selection process; assist in maintaining the applicant-tracking database by documenting referral source, applicant participation in various phases of the employment process and outcome information; produce and send applicant response rejection letters; observe telephone and face-to-face interviews; manage the HR intranet web page; maintain, update and assemble recruitment and benefit information such as brochures, new employee packets and information about the organization, its opportunities and its benefits; participate in assisting with the logistics associated with employee recognition programs; assist with organizing and maintaining record keeping systems; make copies of correspondence or other printed materials; research and prepare drafts of materials relating to a variety of human resources topics; and participate in special projects as assigned.

Applicants should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management. Human Resources majors who are in their junior or senior year of college are encouraged to apply.
