Human Resources Manager – High Tech group (M/F) Job in Kortrijk 8500, West
In this HR Manager function, you will be part of the Management Team and will:
- Stand as a real Business Partner, setting up the right HR objectives to actively support the business strategy
- Lead change management projects within your business unit
- As part of the corporate HR service center, collaborate with other local HR to harmonize the HR policies in Belgium and the Netherlands
- Develop and deliver HR knowledge and expertise in your business unit, updating the competency based HR framework
- Optimize and lead performance and talent management with regards to corporate HR guidelines
- Implement a job mapping and compensation system with the support of Comp Ben experts
- Manage and deliver day-to-day HR services to your business unit
