GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
This manufacturing facility makes over 1 million sandwiches daily in addition to baked goods. In this non-union environment, this HR Manager will manage a culturally diverse staff of 700+ employees. They are located 50 minutes from Charlotte North Carolina in a beautiful conveniently located community. This position will also oversee the facility in Easley, SC which has a staff of 150+.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and procedures
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting including creating job postings, screening, interviewing, and testing candidates, conducting reference / background checks, making recommendations, and extending offers.
- Administer annual performance review process. Support employee training and development.
- Respond to employee inquiries, issues, and complaints.
- Conduct investigations
- Recommend new programs, policies, and procedures.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Need 5-7 years experience in a comparably sized manufacturing facility
- Must have non-union manufacturing experience
- Spanish speaking a plus
