Human Resources Manager Job in Elkhart, Indiana Us
UTC Cargo Group (UTCG), consisting of Haulmark and Wells Cargo, is a cargo, motor sport and utility trailer manufacturer. UTCG is a division of Universal Trailer Corporation, the largest manufacturer of specialty trailers in the U.S. We are currently seeking a Human Resource Manager who will be working out of the division’s main office in Elkhart, Indiana.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, administration of policies and procedures, benefits administration, employee relations, compensation and regulatory compliance. The Cargo Group consists of approximately 600 employees in 7 locations company wide with largest groups in Elkhart/Bristol, Indiana.
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of H.R. experience, 2 of those years in supervisory position. PHR Certification a plus. Proficiency with Excel and Word.
