Duties and Responsibilities

 

• Recruiting, interviewing, and selection of candidates

• Research and respond to numerous complex health and welfare benefits plan questions and issues

• Facilitate Human Resource training to various employee groups

• Provide proactive labor relations support

• Must investigate and respond to all EEOC/internal complaints for the area

• Multi task, fast pace environment

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

·         BS in Human Resources preferred or a Business Degree with at least  seven (7) years of Human Resource Management experience required     

·         PHR or SPHR strongly preferred

·         Strong human resources expertise in all facets of the function including employee relations, staffing, compensation, benefits, organizational development and training, internal consulting and coaching, information systems, and regulatory compliance

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills

·         Proactive, results-oriented approach

·         TRAVEL: Ability to travel to domestic locations.
