HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Headquartered in the Bay Area, we are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager who will serve as a business partner to our clients and provide for their HR and payroll needs.
Responsibilities
- Advise and implement HR policies (e.g., payroll, health insurance, retirement) for our clients
- Manage and coordinate health and welfare plans, including healthcare, retirement, and pension plans
- Draft agreements (e.g., offer letters) and other HR-related correspondence for clients
- Assist clients with questions regarding their payroll, retirement, and health insurance policies
- Address taxing authority notices relating to HR and payroll issues
- Manage payroll and retirement contributions per client's payroll cycle
- Process new hire documents (e.g., payroll, health insurance, retirement)
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree, preferably in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR or business related experience, with some management responsibilities preferred
- Prior experience in the following areas: compensation, benefits, hiring, and training
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a growing and fast paced environment
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Manage small staff of 2-3 associates
