Human Resources Manager Job in Rawlins 82334, Wyoming US

The Human Resources Manager is a part of the senior management team and is responsible for all Human Resources functions at both the Sinclair Wyoming and Casper Wyoming Refineries. This includes compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, training, recruiting, hiring and succession planning. Specific duties and responsibilities include:

Developing and administering various human resources plans and procedures for personnel at both plants.
Plan, organize and control all activities of the refinery Human Resources and payroll departments.
Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
Responsible for janitorial services at the Sinclair WY refinery. Also manages IT functions at the Sinclair Wyoming Refinery, working closely with corporate IT.
Implements and annually updates compensation programs, assists in recommending the annual salary budget, analyzes compensation, monitors training and performance evaluation programs.
Prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures.
Performs benefits administration as coordinated with the corporate Benefits Department.
Develops and maintains affirmative action program as well as other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees.
Conducts new-employee orientations, monitors career pathing and succession planning programs, employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
Other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
