Human Resources Manager
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required. PHR certification desirable. A minimum of 5 years experience, in-depth experience at a professional level in the areas of employee relations, performance development and internal investigations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. experience in building successful relationships at all levels in an organization.
Knowledge/Skills:
Responsible for managing employee relations for a growing staff base residing at multiple locations. Provide guidance to Management and Team Members in all areas of employee relations, performance development and leadership development. Counsel management on IEHP's progressive disciplinary process and monitor results. Broad understanding of Human Resources principles, procedures and practices. Advanced level of knowledge of California state and federal laws including ADA, FMLA, CFRA, Title VII and wage and hour laws. Solid experience in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office and HRIS.
