Human Resources Manager Job in Williston 58801, North Dakota US
Management and administration of the HR functions for the North Dakota region. Responsibilities include:
- Understanding of recruiting profiles, workforce planning needs and demands of the area;
Managing all recruiting efforts: identify, interview, survey, and refer applicants for placements;
Work closely with Operations to understand supply and demand for candidates;
Manage new-hire / rehire process;
Follow up with the related administrative aspects of employment such as new hire paperwork;
Orient new employees and conduct exit interviews with departing employees;
Assisting employees and management in conflict resolution and resolving internal employee relations concerns, conducting in-depth investigations and developing recommendations;
Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned;
Lead investigations and represent the company in relevant legal matters;
relating to unemployment, workers compensation, investigations, civil suits resulting from claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, etc.;
Provide administration of the performance appraisal and compensation program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the company.
Create a coaching environment for employees and managers;
Managing personnel at the division office such as Receptionist, HR Generalist, etc.;
Work as a partner with Operations and Safety to ensure area compliance with Company Policies and Regulations.
