HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
A Worcester, MA manufacturer is seeking a Human Resources generalist who will be responsible for all human resources activities such as employment, employee relations, training development, wage and salary administration, worker's comp benefit administration, job evaluation and merit rating programs, safety and working conditions, employee counseling and discipline, and personnel recordkeeping and reporting. Investigate, recommend and prepare policies affecting personnel, and advise on the interpretation and administration of same. Advise supervision in the handling of employee concerns and general human relations good practice. Act as management's representative for all HR issues.
A Business or HR concentration degree is preferred and work experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and must be comfortable interacting at all levels within the organization.
