THE COMPANY
Our client is a hugely successful company based in Grimsby who is looking to appoint an HR Manager to join their organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and career driven Human Resources Manager or Senior Human Resources Officer who is looking for an opportunity to further their career within a well established and thriving organisation and is looking for progression.
THE ROLE
This is a new role for an organisation which employs a over 120 people and therefore we are looking for a Human Resources Manager who is able to assist in the implementation of strategies and systems. Main working areas may include;
- Contribution to strategic HR projects
- Setting up a HR department from scratch
- Monitoring of sickness and absence
- Advising managers on discipline/grievance matters
- Coaching and mentoring on HR related issues
- Coordinating recruitment and selection activities
- Overseeing HR administration
YOU
- CPP or CIPD qualified or part qualified and working towards your full qualification or experience in a stand alone HR role
- A generalist HR background in a fast paced environment
- You will demonstrate a solid range of skills and expertise including the ability to assist in developing systems, work on HR projects and assist in managing processes
- A proven track record in either a manufacturing, retail, distribution, warehouse or other fast moving environment
- You will have a thirst for leaning new skills and experiences and a drive to get things done.
- A structured approach to problem solving, with a high degree of commercial intuition is desirable, so too is good attention to detail.
