Human Resources Manager/ Senior Human Resources Manager recruitment

Role Purpose:

To assist and support the Head of Human Resources for Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan Malaysia in the provision of a full range of generalist HR support to all staff in the mentioned location of BNPP IP covering recruitment, reward, career development, employee relations, performance management and HR related process administration and implementation. To ensure with the support of another team member accurate and timely management of the personnel and payroll administration and acting as a contact person for employees in these matters in collaboration with external service provider and/or other HR teams. To assist in the provision of key technical and generalist advice to employees and line managers on the implementation of established company people practices consistent with the business and HR agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

Resourcing: Assist in the delivery of a high quality end to end recruitment and selection service to internal clients (recruiting managers) via the management of external search agents and/or internal sourcing from requirements definition through to new hire integration into the company, ensuring in parallel that all documentation relating to the process is coordinated and recorded accurately. Aid in ensuring a high level of candidate management is maintained and assist in the selection processes through participating in interviews and selection discussions. Manage the full end to end recruitment process for junior and mid-level positions.

Career development: Assist in the effective implementation of global and local career development policies, training needs analysis, management of training requests and analysis of individual personal development plans. Organise training events in line with business needs.

Performance Management: Provide advice to employees and line managers in relation to our global performance management system and work to ensure timely completion of annual preformance reviews through monitoring of employee objective setting and the completion of personal development plans for all staff in concerned location. Conduct townhall, presentation and roll out communication

Advisory Services (general): In conjunction with the Head of Human Resources for the concerned location provide front line advice to line management in tackling personnel issues within their department.

HR Database: To support in the preparation of monthly reporting, ensuring up to date information is communicated to necessary party for proper recording

HR Administration: With the assistance of one team member, manage the day to day administration requirements of HR in relation to the employee group through accurate maintainance of employee files, processing of probation paperwork and referencing, active management of new employee paperwork etc. Assist in the development of contractual paperwork. Responsible for managing payroll related administration, insurance administration with external and or internal payroll provider. Works towards constant improvement and efficiency of the HR adminstrative process.

HR Reporting and Support: To follow up and support the reporting on the efficiency of the local HR administration on personnel costs, turnover, absenteeism etc. Responsible for compilation of global exit interview analysis to contribute to monthly management reporting.

Additional Duties: To assist the Head of Human Resources and Regional HR team in ad hoc duties as required in line with Regional Human Resources agenda.

Role Requirements:

Qualifications: University educated with a degree in Human Resources or related subject.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years experience in an international Financial Services environment.

Key Technical Skills/ Knowledge; Competencies:

Business Knowledge/ Commercial Acumen: Knowledge, experience as HR professional within Asset Management business will be a plus
