The Human Resources team is expanding in order to meet the needs of our integration with the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System (SCLHS).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position reports to the System Vice President of Talent Effectiveness and System Office Operations and will provide Human Resources Management support to the Health System's Information Technology (STSC) function.

The Human Resources manager coordinates Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an associate-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Human Resources manager is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.

The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs including:

liaison to recruitment function
performance management;
employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;
employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
policy development and documentation;
employee relations;
compensation and benefits administration;
employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

5 years comprehensive Human Resources experience, as well as continuous training related to Human Resource issues

Experience in a Healthcare/Hospital environment is preferred. PHR/SPHR is preferred
