This individual will be the point person entrusted to help with the design, implementation and execution of everything from writing job descriptions and establishing an applicant tracking system to managing the entire interview process for all positions across the firm.

 The primary objective is to successfully manage all aspects of the Firm's recruiting process and establish a scalable and highly sophiscated talent attraction and retention operation. The individual will serve as a strategic advisor to the business by working to creatively solve talent acquisition needs and thinking through hiring implications. In addition, this individual will be expected to support and be involved in other key HR initiatives, including training and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Develop strategies to target and recruit using a variety of tools and techniques, including, but not limited to, social networking, employee referrals, third party job boards, industry events, etc

-Search: Help manage lateral/experienced/campus search activities to include: maintaining candidate database, liaising with search firm contacts and leading overall ssearch process.

-Hiring: manage, administer and maintain applicant tracking systems-managing feedback process, follow up with candidates, follow up with interviewers, etc

-Internship and Campus Recruiting: Assist with establishing internship programs and maintain campus relationships, including the coordination of student-group visits, pre-MBA information sessions and any campus-related event.

-Build relationships with incoming new joiners and assist with offer letters, on-boarding/integration, relocation, mentoring assignments, etc.

The ideal candidate would possess the following:

-5-8 years recruiting experience (entrepreneurial environments, internship programs, campus recruiting, experienced and lateral hiring; finance and /or high tech industries with 50+ employees)

-Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

-Proven track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates

-Self-starter who requires little direction.

-Very organized, attention to detail

-Excellent verbal and written communication
