Human Resources – Recruiting

Responsibilities
• Identify multiple recruiting sources for diversity and college recruiting • Research organizations and associations for a potential candidate pool • Attend recruiting events such as job/career fairs, college and open houses (active participation) • Develop relationships with colleges for future interns, co-ops and graduates • Meet diversity goals by identifying diverse recruiting sources for job openings • Participate in phone screens and surveys ~~ print online applications/resumes • Analyze and report on current recruiting sources and their effectiveness • Timely entry of Background checks ~~ create new hire packets • Coordinate, administer and manage the Qwiz testing process • Schedule applicants for Customer Service interviews • New Hire files/term files established and filed within 7 calendar days of NHO • Provide administrative support in staffing process. • Other Administrative Tasks as assigned We are an equal opportunity employer m/f/d/v.

Qualifications

Need to be a full-time student at the time of internship Undergrad (sophmore, junior or senior) pursuing a degree in Human Resources or equivalent GPA of 3.0 or higher strongly preferred Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic and evolving work environment with minimal supervision Ability to multitask with high attention to detail is required Excellent time management and organizational skills Some travel will be require Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to work independently Strong PC skills including MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint) Excellent organization and planning skills are required Strong internet searching skills is required We are an equal opportunity employer m/f/d/v.
