This generalist position will work with both union and non-union employees, partner with all levels of management and deliver business-focused HR solutions throughout an assigned territory. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Managing full-cycle recruitment to ensure organizations are staffed and match the anticipated business demands; consulting with all levels of management on various HR-related laws, policies and practices, such as worker's compensation, FMLA and EEO. In addition, the Rep will partner with the HR Manager and work closely with management to promote a workplace environment that successfully balances positive employee relations with the corporation's business objectives; support local management to develop and implement programs and practices that improve the effectiveness of all locations and provide additional HR support as needed. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager and shares responsibility with the HR team. The territory covers locations in and around the locations mentioned above. 30%-40% travel required. Qualifications: Qualifications: bull; Bachelors Degree. bull; 2 years Human Resources experience in a generalist capacity, with a high level of exposure to multi-level recruiting. The successful candidate must possess and/or be willing to do the following: bull; Experience working and supporting a large nonexempt and management employee population over multiple sites preferred. bull; Ability to work effectively as a team player, both as the sole HR professional on a business team or within the HR function. bull; Strong HRIS and computer skills preferred. bull; Excellent oral and written communication skills required. bull; Proven ability to effectively interface with all levels of management. bull; High attention to detail while handling multiple tasks. bull; Experience with confidential matters and business decisions. bull; Ability to manage multiple tasks in a very fast paced environment. bull; Experience working with collectively bargained populations preferred.
