Human Resources Senior Associate recruitment

Responsibilities

• Interact with employees on a daily basis to resolve HR issues and questions

• Support Executive Management on a wide variety of Firm issues

• Complete semi-monthly domestic payroll processing and oversee monthly payroll processing for several international employees

• Manage the operations of our 401(K) plans, profit sharing plan, and deferred compensation plans

• Manage Health Welfare benefits by assisting with annual renewals, benefit setup and termination and COBRA Administration; resolve insurance issues

• Generate HR’s regular reporting package in a timely and accurate manner

• Assist with employee on-boarding and off-boarding

• Respond to ad hoc data requests from other departments

• Assist with the annual Compensation and Performance Evaluation process

• Perform varying levels of financial analysis, reporting and special projects as assigned

• Identify improvement opportunities within HR’s service offerings and help develop solutions for improvement

• Team with Recruiting on selected searches

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities

• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

• 4+ years of professional work experience. Previous HR and/or Big 4 experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred from top tier school preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong work ethic, good attitude, ability to learn and excellent communications skills are crucial

• Candidates must be mature, thoughtful and articulate and have the confidence to interact one-on-one with management teams and/or intermediaries

• Must exhibit high degree of discretion as relates to safeguarding confidential information

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; must be detailed oriented
